There are many locations we can collect from. If your stop is not listed below, please contact us and we will see if we can add your stop in (limited stops available to add).
Please note: the shuttle ticket is a $25 all day ride (9.30am to 4.15pm) ticket which you can purchase on the day!

There are three options available;

• Event Ticket and Transport Package - Includes transport to and from local accommodation. Your bus and driver will collect you from your accommodation in the morning and operate on a designated loop throughout the day and then return you to your accommodation at the end of the day. You will stay with the same bus and driver for the entire Lovedale experience visiting two wineries during the day. Please be aware when you book these packages you will not be able to select your venues, these will be advised to you on the day! You are booking a surprise Lovedale Long Lunch experience and Rover Coaches will look after you along the way!
  These Rover packages include a Lovedale Long Lunch entry package which your driver will have for you on the day.

• The Shuttle Bus Transport operates between the wineries on LLL weekend.
  Tickets are $25pp, purchase on the day.
  The shuttle travels a one-way circuit - Allandale-Tatler-Gartelmann-Saltire-Emma’s-Sandalyn. Shuttles run every 10 – 15 minutes from each venue starting from 9:30 am to 4pm. No pre-booking is required, simply pay for a ride all-day ticket. At peak times, the shuttle can take up to one hour to travel the circuit. 
  ** You will need to arrange your own transport to and from the event.

• Shuttle Bus & return transport from Rydges Resort Hunter Valley or Cessnock CBD (Cessnock on Saturday only) The bus collects from Rydges, includes your all day shuttle bus and return to Rydges after the event. Tickets are $30pp. The shuttle travels a one-way circuit – Allandale – Tatler – Gartelmann – Saltire - Emma’s - Sandalyn. Shuttles run every 10 – 15 minutes from each Lovedle venue starting from 9:30 am to 4 pm. You can pre book this below or pay on the day! At peak times, the shuttle can take up to one hour to travel the full circuit.

ALL SATURDAY ROVER LOVEDALE LONG LUNCH PACKAGES INCLUDE 2 wineries:

• 1 Souvenir Wine Tasting Glass
• 1 Main Meal tickets
• 1 Dessert or Cheese ticket
  (Package holders will collect your LLL Vouchers & Glass on the day!)

No packages will be posted or emailed. If you have booked a Rover package, the driver will have your ticket on the bus. You will then collect your vouchers & glass from the first winery on the day!
