Emergency Concert Day Contact – (if you have missed your bus or it has not arrived at the pick-up) – call 0414 490 328.  This number is only available concert days and are not for concert information or changes to pick-up arrangements.

Your written receipt for payment does not allow you entry to the Concert.You must have an Official Ticket. Whilst due care is taken it is your responsibility to ensure you return to your bus ASAP at the completion of the concert.There will be only one Bus Service to return.

PLEASE NOTE:The routes and timetables shown above are indicative only and may change prior to the date. Properties shown are a guide only. Additional properties may be added to routes subject to further bookings.

TICKETS MUST BE PRE-BOOKED TO GUARANTEE TRANSPORT NO DRINKING, SMOKING OR FOOD PERMITTED ON ANY EXCURSION Should inclimate weather result in the cancellation of the concert by the promoter, (or part thereof), Rover Motors Pty Limited, (trading as Rover Coaches), reserves the right to charge an administration fee on refunds offered by the promoter.

All tickets and transport non-refundable. The Operator, Rover Motors Pty Limited, trading as Rover Coaches reserves the right to alter or cancel the above excursions subject to insufficient numbers, circumstances and or conditions prior to or during the excursion. Rover Motors Pty Limited is a licenced Travel Agent and NSW Government Accredited Coach Operator.

OTHER TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES: In some cases excursions will be operated by other agencies. Rover Motors Pty Limited shall in no way be liable for any loss, damage or injury occasioned to any person or property as a result of such excursion undertaken whatsoever or howsoever the same may have been caused whether as a result of negligence or otherwise.



All information regarding the tickets and /or package inclusions purchased at the time of your booking is included in this confirmation. Please keep this reference number handy for any customer service or booking queries you may have.

If there is any aspect of the information contained in this confirmation which varies from that given to you at the time your booking was made, please contact our Customer Service Helpdesk within 24 hours of receipt of this email on (02) 4990 1699.
Please take special note of method of delivery above. Tickets, vouchers and booking documents to be sent by Post will be received 10-21 days after booking. Tickets, vouchers and booking documents to be collected from the Box Office will be available for collection from the venue box office from 2 hours and up to 15 minutes prior to the performance. To collect your event tickets and vouchers please present this confirmation at the venue Box Office. Please also have photo identification and the credit card used at the time your booking was made available to enable secure collection of your booking documents.

Please read the booking terms and conditions carefully. These booking conditions incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by Rover Motors Travel Centre and affiliated programs (hereinafter referred to as ‘The Company/s’).
  1. Bookings are subject to availability. Once confirmed, bookings may not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
  2. ‘The Company/s’ is /are unable to guarantee specific seating locations and therefore cannot accept liability in respect of claims made by customers resulting from venue designation or allocation being perceived as below expectation. Travel agents have no authority to make representations as to the quality or location of seating without our express authority in writing.
  3. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  4. Information, cast and event dates are subject to change. ‘The Company/s’ is/are not responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling of events or for changes in the programme or performers. In the case of rescheduling of the event, tickets will be transferred to the new date. No refund can be given if the date of the rescheduled event conflicts with other tickets that have already been purchased or can no longer be used due to your travel plans or other commitments.
  5. In the case of an event itself being cancelled or postponed you will be refunded the amount paid for event tickets in full, less any transaction, service and handling fees
  6. If an event is cancelled or postponed after it has commenced, ticket holders will not have the right to exchange or receive a refund on tickets.
  7. ‘The Company/s’ event ticket prices include service fees, ticket agency booking fees, promoter’s fees where applicable and GST.
  8. The Company/s’ reserve the right to charge an administration fee if a lost ticket voucher needs to be reissued.
  9. The Company/s’ is not responsible for issues arising at the performance relating to venue/performance or the behaviours of other patrons.
  10. Tickets, vouchers and booking documents to be sent by Post will be received 10-21 days after booking. Tickets, vouchers and booking documents to be collected from the Box Office will be available for collection from 2 hours prior to the performance.
‘The Company/s’ finalises all arrangements upon the express condition that it shall not be liable, apart from non-excludable liability, for any injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delays, generally or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any venue, vehicle or through the acts of default of any person engaged in conveying or accommodation of passengers or in the carrying out of arrangement of tours, events or otherwise in connection herewith.
‘The Company/s’ has/have utilised information provided by third party companies and all attempts have been made to ensure the accuracy of this information. Alterations and amendments can occur and ‘The Company/s’ can not be held responsible.
‘The Company/s’ does/ do not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions, or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of companies/persons providing services in connection with your booking pursuant to contract between them and yourselves and over whom we have no direct and exclusive control. We do not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) of any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action (whether or not involving our employees and even though such action may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labour group).
NSW Law of Contract. The contract is governed in all respects by the law of the State of New South Wales and any legal action arising under the Contract shall be litigated only in the appropriate Court having jurisdiction in that state. All prices are subject to change should State or Federal Governments introduce a tax of any kind on our products.
